Appearance:
Prophet of Regret is most notably signified by his Gravity Throne. His hair color is gray, though the majority is hidden by a magnificent head-piece that stretches fromt he back of the Gravity Throne to over-encompass his head. While his eye color is brown. It is also to note that, like the other Prophets, his skin is pinkish/pale and looks to be extremely old.

Biography:
Rash, ambitious, immature, and naive compared to the other Prophets, Regret originally served as Vice Minister of Tranquility, where he worked frequently with Sangheili and had adopted some of their personal traits, such as a preoccupation with honor and personal arms. However, he also exhibited traits of alcoholism and smoking. Still, Regret was intelligent and fiercely opposed to Humanity through the course of the Great War and expected his soldiers to obey him without question.

During the 23rd Age of Doubt, 2524 by the UNSC Military Calendar, Regret held the post of Vice Minister of Tranquility. He was unique among the Prophets for his confrontational demeanor, a trait he gained from working with the Sangheili(Elites). Informing the Minister of Fortitude about the existence of Harvest and what they believed to be a vast repository of Forerunner artifacts, which were the Reclaimers on the planet. Obsessed with the Forerunners and the prospect of activating the Halo Array, Regret dispatched Arbiter Ripa 'Moramee on numerous missions throughout Covenant and human space to find the means to do this, choosing him for his ruthlessness and undying loyalty. Eventually, after or during the Second Battle of Harvest, Covenant forces discovered a Forerunner relic buried in the planet's northern polar region. This relic proved to be some sort of Forerunner mapping device. Dispatching a force led by Ripa 'Moramee, valuable information was recovered. With UNSC forces closing in however, Regret ordered that the relic be destroyed to prevent the retrieved information from falling into human hands. Against his instincts, the Arbiter obeyed. However, despite Covenant efforts, the site was not destroyed, allowing the humans to learn of the information Regret planned to use.

"Every member of the Covenant shall walk the path. None will be left behind when our Great Journey begins. That is the Prophets' age-old promise, and it shall be fulfilled!" Prophet of Regret proclaimed to those loyal Sangheili(Elite) to him. It had been almost a year since he was appointed to High Prophet of the Covenant, where he had formerly been Vice Minister of Tranquility. Tranguility was a space craft in which the Sangheili(Elite) were ordered to search out ancient relics left behind by the Forerunners. Those that the Prophets believed were ancient gods that would lead them down the path to the Great Journey.

In truth they had indeed found old installations of the Forerunners, but they were not alone. Lone UNSC scouts were hot on his trail and nipped at his heals every chance he attempted to siege the installation. Regret was far to ambitious and rash to turn back or even call for reinforcements. Instead, he called for a Scarab. A massive assault vehicle which initially decimated many of the UNSC own vehicles and around a hundred of their marines. Though unfortunately, there were Spartans training near this installation.

The Spartans being highly elite trained marines, quickly embarked early from their training. Despite that, they were enough to turn back the Scarab's assault and ultimately Regret's troops and fleet. Angered by this defeat Regret would return and re-claim his glory and honor, but that time was not now. He would return and show the Humans the power of the Covenant. The power of the Forerunners and of himself; at all costs.
